Subscription Cancellation Policy

1. Cancellation by User

  • Users may cancel their subscription at any time through their account settings or by contacting our support team at info@cosmic.contact.
  • Cancellation requests must be submitted at least 5 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming month.

2. Refund Policy

  • Refunds will not be provided for any subscription fees already paid, including partial months.
  • In the event of a cancellation, users will retain access to their subscription services until the end of the current billing cycle.

3. Data Retention

  • Upon cancellation, users’ data will be retained for a period of 30 days. During this time, users can request a copy of their data.
  • After the 30-day retention period, all user data will be permanently deleted from our servers.

4. Re-subscribing

  • Users who cancel their subscription and later decide to re-subscribe can do so by logging into their account and reactivating their subscription.
  • Previous account data may not be recoverable after the data retention period has passed.
